Barry Card
Interim Chief Executive Officer
Barry Card was appointed Interim Chief Executive Officer of ClearStream Energy Services Inc. on March 4, 2022.
A proven leader with more than 20 years of international experience in the provision of maintenance and construction services to the energy and industrial markets, Mr. Card joined the team in 2016 as the Vice President, Market Development and was promoted to Senior Vice President, Business Development in 2017. In 2018, Mr. Card was appointed to the role of Chief Commercial Officer, where he was responsible for ClearStream’s strategy and development of new markets and customers, geographic expansion, community development and partnerships, marketing and communications. In late 2021, his responsibilities were expanded to included environmental and project services. In his current role as Interim Chief Executive Officer, Mr. Card is well positioned to progress the company’s strategic objectives and business, with a focus on people, clients, and stakeholders.
Randy Watt
Chief Financial Officer
Randy Watt serves as Chief Financial Officer of ClearStream Energy Services Inc. He joined ClearStream in 2018 to lead the business transformation and execute strategic growth objectives.
Mr. Watt brings over 25 years of experience in strategic financial management with a focus on growth, strong business processes, and operational execution.
Neil Wotton
Chief Operating Officer
Neil Wotton serves as Chief Operating Officer (COO) of ClearStream Energy Services Inc. Mr. Wotton joined the team in 2015 as the Vice President, Wood Buffalo region and was promoted to COO role where he oversees ClearStream’s operations for all service offerings. This role requires him to develop best practices and create cost effective win-win solutions, while remaining customer focused and promoting company vision and safety culture.
Murray Desrosiers
Senior Vice President and General Counsel
Murray Desrosiers serves as Senior Vice President and General Counsel of ClearStream Energy Services Inc. He joined the team in September 2019 and is responsible for the coordination and delivery of legal services, including commercial, securities, corporate finance, mergers and acquisitions, dispute resolution/litigation and corporate secretarial support. He also works closely with ClearStream’s board of directors on matters of corporate governance.
Herb Thomas
Vice President, Operations, Flint & ClearStream Contracting
Herb Thomas serves as Vice President, Operations, Flint & ClearStream Contracting, which both are divisions of ClearStream Energy Services Inc. In this role, Mr. Thomas develops and executes procedures to improve operating quality and efficiency of the business, guides and supports Environment, Health and Safety initiatives, implements business development strategies and works with the credit team to manage corporate risk.
Brad Naeth
Vice President, Wear Technology Overlay
Brad Naeth serves as Vice President, Wear Technology Overlay, a division of ClearStream Energy Services Inc. Mr. Naeth joined the team in 2019 as Director of Integration to lead the integration efforts of the acquisition of certain assets of the Production Services Business of AECOM Canada and the acquisition of Universal Weld Overlays (UWO).
Angela Thompson
Vice President, Environmental and Project Services
Angela Thompson serves as Vice President, Environmental and Project Services of ClearStream Energy Services Inc. In this role, Ms. Thompson is accountable for project delivery as it pertains to Project Controls, Estimating, Supply Chain Management, and Field Administration for all ClearStream companies and business activities. In addition, she has operational P&L oversight for the ClearStream Environmental Services Consulting division.
Deloris Hetherington
Vice President, Human Resources
Deloris Hetherington serves as Vice President, Human Resources at ClearStream Energy Services Inc. Ms. Hetherington joined the team in 2014 as a Senior Manager, Human Resources, later became Director, Human Resources in 2015, and was promoted to her current role in September 2020 where she is responsible for developing the strategy and overseeing the implementation of all human resource programs and policies including compensation, benefits, performance management, recruitment, employee relations, labour relations, and training and development.
Ms. Hetherington has over 15 years of human resource experience, specifically in the Oil and Gas Industry. Before joining ClearStream, she was the Senior Human Resources Manager for KBR Industrial Canada, Co. and held senior human resource and labour relation roles with Horton CB&I, and SRS Industrial. She has obtained her Advanced Human Resource Management Certification from Queens University and holds the designation of Chartered Professional in Human Resources (CPHR). As a Human Resource Professional in the Oil and Gas industry, Ms. Hetherington has sat on a variety of industry committees, including Workforce Management, Apprentice Subcommittee, and the Rapid Site Access Program.
Renee Linssen
Director, Health, Safety & Environment
Renee Linssen serves as the Director of Health, Safety & Environment (HSE) of ClearStream Energy Services Inc. Mr. Linssen joined the team in 2016 as a Regional Safety Manager and was later promoted to the Director role. In his role, he provides strategic direction and overseas the implementation of all HSE Improvement Plans and Safety Management System. His leadership provides continued overall safety improvement and builds a strong corporate safety culture.
